Thank you so much for creating something for me! I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do. If you have an idea already, go with it; I mainly just want an excuse to revisit these characters and their worlds.
In general terms, I like humour, action, angst, and worldbuilding (not necessarily all together!). I like quiet moments between characters as well, though, and given the pairings I've chosen, fish-out-of-water moments where the ones who are used to action get something quiet and vice versa are always good. Bittersweet endings are fine, as are happy ones, but not totally bleak. As long as the characters are recognisable I like AUs (although my favourite, In Space, is really only going to work for my third request...) and I like stories that take canon and then go somewhere different. Any level of relationship explicitness is fine as long as it works for the characters.
For art, I am less inclined to photorealism and more towards something with a distinct style. Any level of explicitness fine; what I want to see is the connection between the characters.
Babylon 5: Susan Ivanova/Talia Winters (fanart/fanfiction)
The pairing of my 90s sf-loving heart! While the angst-loving part of me did enjoy the storyline I really wish they could have had more time together, however that could have happened. Stolen moments or altered futures, whatever inspires you. I am also very fond of the In Space! nature of canon and am always happy to see more of this, so am not really looking for an AU that changes the setting.
Doctor Who: Tegan Jovanka/Nyssa of Traken (fanart/fanfiction)
The fifth Doctor was always my doctor, and I loved all of his companions, but I always had a soft spot for Tegan - brash & loud, but constantly managing to cope with being way out of her comfort zone. Nyssa in many ways is her opposite, quieter and more assured, but they're great together. I would love to see more of them (but am also happy for any other companions or the doctor to show up, although not necessarily in a romantic sense!). I'd also like to see either of them take the other to their home without the threat of imminent doom; canon is surprisingly bleak and I'd love to see them happy, even if only briefly. Crack fic or wildly improbable AUs fine with this pairing.
Lord Peter Wimsey - Dorothy L. Sayers: Miss Climpson/Original Female (fanart /fanfiction)
I am very fond of Miss Climpson. I really think you could go anywhere with this - while I'd love to see her solving another case for Peter (and Harriet), I'd also be fascinated by a younger Miss Climpson, an older, or a totally AU one. In terms of the Original Female; I love the Cattery, which would be an obvious source for one, or else an Unjustly Accused Suspect on a Case? Or, if you wanted to go for historical details, the prospective age range for Miss Climpson is, I think, reasonably wide; you could go back to her school days or forward to WWII (what role would she play there?), or somewhere else entirely! Again, AUs would be great, as long as I can recognise her.
