Thanks so much for creating a bonbon for me! Really anything in these would be great, but here are some directions:

Writingwise: in general, I like humour, excitement, angst (if justified – not massive amounts of agonising over accidentally returning character X's library book before they finished it), food, moments of peace amongst activity, things that give me new thoughts about canon, and things that bring me back to feeling like I’m experiencing the canon again for the first time. I'm fine with ratings from G to Explicit, as long as I can recognise the characters. I like experimental formats - epistolary, IF,found documents etc.

Artwise: I like a range of styles, from cartoon/chibi to black & white to photorealism. I tend to like art that focuses on the quieter moments in canon and gives characters a breathing space between dramatic events; I also like quirky interpretations that give me a new view on characters. I’m happy with explicit art as long as it’s tagged!

Tropes: the classics, like sharing a bed, undercover as a couple, forced to seek refuge in a Canadian (equivalents accepted) shack etc, but also non-mundane AUs, like psychic wolf companions, daemons, or Sentinel-Guide.

DNWs: child/animal death or child/animal sexual abuse. A/B/O or trans headcanons. Non con. I have previously DNW’d earthquakes but am back to being okay with fictional natural disasters.

I am happy with crossovers between the nominated fandoms, if that works for you!

Worrals Series - W. E. Johns
Betty "Frecks" Lovell/Joan "Worrals" Worralson (Worrals)

These are so compelling as a series and as characters! So action-filled! So many sudden reversals! - and Worrals & Frecks are great, competent and brave, but never over-confident or perfect. I would love more adventures and I would also love femslash, h/c, spies, plane dogfights/crashes, coping with being in some form of wilderness after a plane crash, space AUs, or even just a quiet moment between the two of them in-between adventures. Although I'd like to keep the WWII setting (unless you want to write a space AU) I would prefer not too much attention on the Nazis.

Gundam Wing
Chang Wufei/Duo Maxwell

Basically I love this series and its completely incomprehensible approach to space warfare, and I am especially fond of Wufei for his grumpiness and actual competence. I do love Duo as well, though, and have read through many objectively dubious fics because I recognise that their authors love him too, as well as some absolute crackers that I have re-read many times and will defend against all opponents. I think they could be very happy together or at least cause a lot of entertaining chaos.

For ideas, both fic and art, I love space battles, space colonies, people repairing their Gundams (especially if inexplicably accompanied by birdlife), preposterous undercover missions, terrible school uniforms, passive-aggressive gardening, and the time-honoured fandom cliché of hiding out in a safehouse. Possibly with only one bed and icicles already forming on the ceiling.

Touya Akira & Sai (Hikaru no Go)
Shindou Hikaru/Touya Akira (Hikaru no Go)

This is such a fantastic manga, and the relationship between Shindou and Touya is at the heart of it. Anything that preserves that would be amazing, and having Sai in it somewhere would be incredible - or deal with that hanging thread and have Sai and Touya finally meet, somewhere, somehow! Another match, a future, an alternate past - it's all great. A small portion of my thoughts about the series are here.
